Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS)

Instead of just focusing on mental health therapies alone, I incorporate nutrition to help give you a balanced body and mind. Studies indicate a strong link between mental health and food choices. Eating foods rich in omega-3, antioxidants, and vitamins can help with stress, anxiety, and depression. Add more whole foods like fruits, veggies, legumes, and nuts for better mental well-being. Simple dietary adjustments can improve overall health. Prioritize nutrition for a healthier body and mind.
